Fabric engineering
GSM ranges are practical starting points. Final selection depends on target market, season, hand-feel, construction, washing requirement and price point.
| Fabric / Construction | Typical GSM | Best Use |
|---|---|---|
| 100% Cotton Single Jersey | 140–180 GSM | Lightweight everyday tees and warm climates |
| Combed / Compact Cotton Jersey | 160–200 GSM | Premium retail T-shirts and cleaner surface |
| CVC Jersey | 160–220 GSM | Softness + durability balance |
| Cotton / Polyester Jersey | 150–220 GSM | Performance and easy-care programs |
| Heavyweight Jersey | 220–300+ GSM | Premium oversized and streetwear |
Single jersey, combed cotton, compact cotton, organic cotton and selected blends can be developed around the required hand-feel and performance.
Neck rib, shoulder construction, garment wash, enzyme wash, silicone finish, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging can be specified per product.
