How We Make It
A controlled production route designed around movement, fabric performance, fit, recovery, branding and final inspection.
Fabric & Performance
Select polyester, polyamide, elastane or blended constructions according to stretch, breathability, moisture management and target price.
Sample & Testing
Develop the sample and review fit, stretch, recovery, comfort, appearance and branding before approval.
Cutting
Prepare fabric, markers and panels with controlled stretch direction, shade grouping and shrinkage allowance.
Sewing & Construction
Assemble panels with the approved seam, stitch and reinforcement specifications for movement and durability.
Branding & Trims
Apply heat transfer, screen print, embroidery, woven labels, elastics, zippers and other approved trims.
Finishing
Apply required performance or softening finish, trim threads, press, fold, size label and pack for shipment.
QC & Shipment
Conduct measurement, appearance, workmanship and packing checks before final shipment release.

Fabric Options
Polyester jersey, interlock, polyamide/elastane, performance mesh, technical blends and brushed fleece can be developed around the required stretch, breathability and comfort.
Construction & Finish
Flatlock or coverstitch seams, elastic construction, mesh panels, reflective details, heat transfer, embroidery, labels and packaging can be specified per product.

- 04 Branding placement, performance details and finishing reviewed before packing.
- 05 Final garment, size ratio and carton marking checked before dispatch.
