How We Make It
A controlled production route designed around fit, fabric construction, membrane performance, weather protection and final inspection.
Fabric & Membrane
Select outer shell, stretch level, membrane, inner fleece, GSM, water resistance and breathability targets.
Sample & Testing
Check fit, stretch, pocket construction, zipper operation, water-repellent finish and overall performance before approval.
Cutting
Prepare markers and cut laminated panels with controlled direction, matching and allowance for the approved construction.
Sewing & Construction
Assemble body, sleeves, collar or hood, pockets, cuffs and hem with construction details matched to the approved sample.
Branding & Trims
Apply embroidery, print, labels, zippers, cord locks and other trims with approved placement and colour.
Finishing
Check thread trimming, pressing, seam appearance, water-repellent finish, labels, folding and packaging.
QC & Shipment
Verify measurements, construction, membrane-related requirements, trims, appearance and packing before shipment release.

GSM ranges are practical starting points. Final selection depends on season, required protection, stretch, membrane performance, lining, target market and price point.

Fabric Options
Polyester / elastane face fabrics, 2-layer and 3-layer constructions, TPU or PU membranes and fleece-backed options can be developed around the required performance.
Construction & Finish
Bonded layers, fleece backing, water-repellent finish, zippers, elastic cuffs, adjustable hems, seam details and branding can be specified per product.
Performance Targets
Water resistance, breathability, wind protection and stretch levels can be developed around the intended use and required technical specification.

Consistency matters after the first shipment. Our checkpoints are structured to keep the approved product stable across production runs.
- 01 Measurement tolerance checked against the approved size chart.
- 02 Fabric GSM, shade, composition and lot consistency verified before cutting.
- 03 Construction, stitch quality, zippers, pockets and trims inspected against approval.
- 04 Branding, finish and water-repellent treatment reviewed against the approved specification.
- 05 Final garment, size ratio and carton marking checked before dispatch.
