How We Make It
A controlled production route designed around fit, fabric performance, repeatability and final inspection.
Fabric Development
Develop 3-thread fleece by composition, yarn, knit structure, GSM, colour and finishing; standard production is typically 300–320 GSM.
Sample & Approval
Develop the first sample, fit sample and revisions until measurements, hand-feel and appearance are approved.
Cutting
Relax fabric, prepare markers and cut body, sleeve and rib panels with controlled shrinkage allowance.
Sewing
Assemble shoulders, sleeves, body and rib openings using the approved seam and stitch specifications.
Branding
Apply print, embroidery, labels and other branding after confirming placement, scale and test results.
Finishing
Apply wash or softener finish where required, press, thread trim, fold, label and prepare cartons.
QC & Shipment
Check measurements, GSM, fabric consistency, workmanship, branding and packing before final shipment release.

3-thread fleece starts from around 220 GSM. Standard sweatshirt production is typically 300–320 GSM, while custom GSM can be developed to the required product specification.

Fabric Options
3-thread fleece can be developed in cotton, CVC and cotton/polyester constructions, with the composition and hand-feel selected around the target product.
Construction & Finish
Rib construction, brushed or unbrushed inside, garment wash, softener finish, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging can be specified per product.
Alternative GSM
Standard sweatshirt weight is 300–320 GSM, but we can develop the required GSM from around 220 GSM upward to match the silhouette, season and target price.

Consistency matters after the first shipment. Our checkpoints are structured to keep the approved product stable across production runs.

- 04 Branding placement and finishing reviewed before packing.
