How We Make It

A controlled production route designed around professional appearance, comfort, fabric performance, branding consistency and repeat orders.

01

Specification & Fit

Define shirt, polo, trouser, blazer or outer-layer specifications, fit blocks, measurements and corporate styling.

02

Fabric Selection

Choose poplin, oxford, twill, stretch woven, suiting or knit fabrics according to comfort, durability, season and price.

03

Sample & Approval

Develop samples and revisions until fit, construction, colour, branding and overall corporate appearance are approved.

04

Cutting

Prepare fabric, markers and panels with controlled grain, shade grouping and shrinkage allowances before production.

05

Sewing & Construction

Assemble collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets, waistbands, linings and panels to the approved construction standard.

06

Branding & Trims

Apply embroidery, print, woven labels, buttons, zippers and other trims with controlled placement and colour matching.

07

Finishing

Press, thread trim, wash or finish where required, fold, size-label and pack each garment according to the program.

08

Final QC & Shipment

Check measurements, shade, workmanship, branding, garment presentation, size ratios and carton marking before dispatch.

Built for Repeat Orders

Consistency matters after the first shipment. Our checkpoints are structured to keep the approved product stable across production runs.

  • 01 Measurement tolerance checked against the approved size chart.
  • 02 Fabric shade, construction, GSM and lot consistency verified before cutting.
  • 03 Construction, stitch quality, buttons, zippers and trims inspected against approval.
  • 04 Branding placement and finishing reviewed before packing.
  • 05 Final garment, size ratio and carton marking checked before dispatch.
